Detailed written quote with per-device pricing by device type, tier breakdown, bulk discount applied, and parts policy. Standard 48-hour turnaround. PO-ready format included for procurement teams.

Onboarding

MSA and NDA signed. First device intake within 5 business days. Dedicated account manager assigned. Asset inventory created. Monthly reporting begins from the first full calendar month of service.

Questions IT managers ask before signing a multi-device AMC

Yes — a single Master Service Agreement (MSA) can cover all device types with separate device-type annexures for each category. You receive one consolidated invoice and one dedicated account manager across the entire fleet, regardless of how many device types are included.
Typical onboarding takes 5–10 business days from MSA signing to first device intake. If your organisation has a pre-signed NDA template or a rapid vendor onboarding track, this timeline can be compressed. The proposal itself is delivered within 48 hours of a discovery call.
Coverage depth depends on the AMC tier. Silver tier excludes major board-level component replacements — the labour and logistics are covered but parts are billed separately at actual cost with prior written approval. Gold and Platinum tiers include board-level parts up to a fleet-wide quarterly parts cap defined in the contract.
Hyderabad city and a 50 km radius is the standard service territory included in the base AMC rate. Offices beyond that radius are covered on a per-visit basis, billed additionally and scoped in the proposal. Pan-India coverage for distributed enterprise fleets is available on request under the Platinum tier.
Every AMC includes a monthly per-device service report delivered in both PDF and CSV format — covering incidents raised, resolution times, SLA compliance rate, and open items. A Quarterly Business Review is held for Gold and Platinum clients. Platinum clients also receive an annual SLA-compliance certification.
Yes. Upgrades — for example, moving from Silver to Gold — are available at any time during the contract year, with pricing pro-rated from the upgrade date. Tier downgrades take effect at the next annual renewal date to avoid SLA commitment gaps mid-year.
