Refund vs. re-fix
A free re-fix is almost always faster, easier, and gets you back to a working laptop. Refunds take 7–14 business days to process; a re-fix is same-day.
When you can request a refund
You can request a partial or full refund in these cases:
- Same fault recurs and re-fix didn’t work — we’ll first attempt one re-fix; if the issue persists, we refund the full repair cost.
- Part defective on arrival — if a replacement part (battery, screen, charger) fails within 7 days of fitting, full refund or replacement at your choice.
- Service not delivered — if you paid for a repair we did not perform (rare), full refund.
- Wrong part fitted — if we fitted an incorrect part by mistake (e.g. wrong battery model), refund + correct part fitted free.
What’s not refundable
- The ₹149 visit charge — this covers our travel and free diagnosis, regardless of whether you proceeded with repair
- Repairs damaged by subsequent accident (drop, liquid spill, surge)
- Problems caused by user-installed software or malware after our repair
- Service requests beyond the 30-day warranty window where the issue is unrelated to our work

What happens next
- Within 24 hours — our customer support team contacts you to verify the case
- Within 3 business days — if a re-fix is appropriate, a technician visits free of charge
- Within 7 business days — if a refund is approved, we initiate the return to your original payment method
- Within 14 business days — refund credited to your account (UPI, bank, or card)
