You’ll do board-level diagnostics on Intel, AMD, and Apple silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4/M5) logic boards. Fix what authorised centres write off. Mentor junior technicians.
MacBook Repair Specialist
Location: Secunderabad & Madhapur · Experience: 3+ years on Apple platforms · Skills: MacBook disassembly, T2 / M-series board work, liquid-damage restoration, Touch ID / Touch Bar.
Specialise in MacBook Air, Pro Retina, Pro Touch Bar, and the M-series line. Liquid damage rescue, butterfly keyboard top-case swap, MagSafe charging, logic-board chip-level repair.
Doorstep Service Technician
Location: Citywide Hyderabad · Experience: 2+ years · Skills: Component swaps (screen, battery, keyboard, charger), customer-facing communication, fluent English / Telugu / Hindi.
Visit customer homes and offices. Diagnose, quote, fit, calibrate, test — all on-site within 1–2 hours. Two-wheeler with valid licence essential.
Customer Support Executive

Location: Secunderabad store · Experience: Fresher to 2 years · Skills: English / Telugu, basic computer use, customer-facing.
Greet walk-in customers, take device intake, generate booking IDs, coordinate with technicians, hand-back devices with invoices. Day-to-day store operations.
Trainee Technician (Freshers)
Location: Secunderabad · Experience: Freshers, ITI / Diploma in Electronics or Computer Hardware welcome · Skills: Eagerness to learn, basic component identification.
3-month structured training programme — component identification, software reinstall, screen/battery swaps, tool handling. Promote to junior technician on successful completion. Stipend during training.
