Every component we install (battery, screen assembly, keyboard, charger, SSD, RAM, fan, hinge, palm-rest) is covered under the same 30-day window for manufacturing defects and early-life failure. Most OEM batteries and screens ship with longer manufacturer warranties stacked on top of our 30 days.
For a warranty claim, you do not pay the ₹149 visit charge again. We dispatch a senior technician to your home or office in the same 50+ Hyderabad zones we already cover, or you can drop the device at our Secunderabad MG Road store and we handle it on the priority queue.
If the symptom is similar but not identical, we still re-diagnose for free as long as the fault sits in the same component family as the original repair. No fresh diagnostic fee, no second-opinion charge. We confirm the cause first, then act.
Saying yes to everything is a fast way to lose trust. These exclusions are the same ones every reputable repair workshop applies, and we put them in writing so there is nothing to argue about later.
A warranty on the battery does not cover a screen crack three weeks later, and a screen replacement does not cover a keyboard that stops working afterwards. Each repair has its own 30-day window, tied to the component it touched. New faults are booked as a fresh job with a fresh quote and a fresh warranty.
Drops, liquid spills, hinge stress from forcing the lid, screen pressure marks from carrying the laptop in a soft sleeve, dents, or accidental impacts that occur after delivery sit outside the warranty. We can absolutely repair these, but the work is invoiced as a fresh booking with a brand-new 30-day warranty on the new repair.
Windows update failures, macOS bugs, virus infections, browser slowdowns, third-party app crashes, and cloud-sync problems are not covered under a hardware repair warranty. We can still help (we run an OS installation service and a general service AMC), but those are separate engagements with their own pricing.
Using a non-original 100W USB-C charger on a laptop rated for 65W, plugging into unregulated voltage during a power surge, or running heavy peripherals through a damaged hub can cause downstream damage. We document the genuine charger spec on the warranty card so this is easy to verify.
Every repair leaves our workshop with a small tamper-evident sticker on the back panel or a documented screw-pattern signature. If a third-party shop opens the laptop between our repair and your warranty claim, the seal is broken and the warranty is voided for that component. This protects you from being held responsible for damage caused by someone else.
Lightning strikes, electrical surges from grid faults, fire, flood, theft, and similar external events are not within the scope of a repair warranty. These are the kind of events your home insurance or device-protection plan is designed to handle. We will still help you assess and rebuild if it happens, of course.

Every booking follows the same fixed sequence. The senior technician runs a full hardware sweep, identifies the root cause, lists the parts and labour required, and shares the fixed quote on WhatsApp. Only after you approve in writing does any chargeable work begin. No verbal estimates that change later, no mid-repair surprises.
The ₹149 doorstep visit covers the technician's time on-site, the diagnostic equipment, and the round-trip dispatch from our Secunderabad store. It is the only charge you commit to upfront. Everything else in the final bill is itemised in the written quote you approve before any chargeable work begins.
If after diagnosis we conclude the repair is uneconomical (cost of repair near the device's market value), the parts are not commercially available, or the logic board is a write-off, we tell you clearly. You pay the ₹149 visit and the device comes back to you untouched. No labour charges, no hidden disassembly fees, no parts you did not authorise.
You are free to compare quotes, sleep on it, or simply decide not to proceed. If you decline, you pay the ₹149 visit and we hand the laptop back exactly as we received it. No pressure, no "since we already opened it" labour, no part-replacement obligations.
Repair is a probabilistic craft and the rare miss does happen. If we approve and complete a repair, you collect the laptop, and a critical fault we should have flagged shows up immediately, the full repair charge is refunded under our No Fix No Fee promise. This is in writing on every invoice.
The diagnosis, the fixed quote, the warranty card, and the tax invoice all live on WhatsApp against your booking ID. You can re-open the chat thread any time during the 30-day warranty window or beyond. The paper invoice ships with the device. No "we agreed on the phone" disputes possible.

Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer original parts. We carry and source manufacturer-original screens, batteries, keyboards, palm-rests, hinges, and chargers for the current and recent-generation models. Part codes are cross-checked against the laptop's service tag or serial number on receipt.
OEM-spec replacements when originals are not available. For models out of manufacturer production (older MacBooks, Sony VAIO, Toshiba, Windows laptops 5+ years old), we source OEM-spec replacements that meet or exceed the original specifications. Voltage, capacity, connector pinout, and form-factor verified before installation.
Manufacturer warranty stacked on top. OEM batteries, screens, adapters, and SSDs ship with their own 6-month to 12-month manufacturer warranties on parts. Our 30-day labour-plus-parts warranty sits alongside, so a part failure in month four is covered by the manufacturer, while a labour issue inside the first 30 days is covered by us.
Service tag and serial cross-check on receipt. Every device is logged against its manufacturer service tag or serial number before any work begins. The serial appears on your invoice and warranty card. This makes a warranty claim trivial to verify and prevents any "wrong device" confusion six months later.
QA test pass before the laptop leaves the workshop. Every repaired device runs through a fixed quality-assurance checklist (display test, keyboard test, battery charge cycle, charging port load, fan and thermals, Wi-Fi, audio) before it is signed off. Photos of the repair are taken before and after.
