1. Honest pricing — you see the number first
Most repair shops avoid quoting a price until they’ve already opened your laptop — then surprise you with an inflated number you can’t easily walk away from. We do the opposite.
At Laptop Repair World, you get a fixed quote after free diagnosis, before any chargeable work begins. The price you see is the price you pay. No surprise add-ons. No “turns out it’s also the X” mid-job. If we find an additional fault, we pause and re-quote — you decide whether to proceed.
The visit charge is ₹149. That’s it.
Whether or not you proceed with the repair, the visit charge stays ₹149. No hidden “diagnostic fee”, no “handling charge”, no minimum order.
2. No Fix — No Fee
If we can’t fix the issue you booked us for, you pay only the ₹149 visit charge. No labour. No parts. No “but we tried” bill.
This puts the risk on us, not you. We won’t take on a job we’re not confident we can complete — and when we do take it on, we deliver.
3. 30-day warranty on every repair
If the same fault recurs within 30 days of our repair, we re-fix it free of charge. Parts and labour both covered. No questions, no fine print.
This isn’t a marketing line — it’s the reason we do the work right the first time. Every repair we sign off on is one we’d be willing to come back to next month for free if it failed.
4. Genuine parts — and we tell you when they aren’t
We use genuine OEM parts wherever they’re available — Apple-compatible cells, Dell screens, HP batteries (HS04, JC04, LA04), Lenovo keyboards, Sony VGP-BPS26 cells, Samsung DDR3L RAM, and so on.
For older or discontinued models where OEM stock is exhausted, we offer compatible parts — but we always tell you which type we’re fitting and quote both options. Compatible parts get a 90-day parts warranty (vs. 30-day on OEM).
What we don’t do: pass off cheap clones as genuine. We’ve seen too many laptops back on our bench three months later because someone else fitted a market-grade clone and called it “original”.
5. Doorstep service across Hyderabad
Authorised centres make you wait at the counter for a week. Local shops sometimes lose your laptop. We come to you.
An Apple-trained, Dell-trained, MacBook-trained technician arrives at your home or office anywhere in our 50-zone coverage area, with diagnostic tools and common parts available. Most repairs are done in 1 hour, on your kitchen table or your office desk. You watch the work happen.
