  • How do I book a repair?

  • How quickly can a technician reach my address?
    For our Priority Zones (Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Film Nagar, Somajiguda, Begumpet) and the Secunderabad belt, typically within 60 minutes. For IT corridors (HITEC City, Madhapur, Gachibowli, Kondapur, Kukatpally), most visits same-day. Outer-ring areas (Kompally, Sainikpuri, Uppal) usually same-day or next-morning depending on slot availability.
  • What happens during the visit?
    The technician arrives with diagnostic tools and common parts. Free diagnosis on the spot (covered by the ₹149 visit charge). They’ll show you the fault, give a fixed quote, and ask your approval before any chargeable work. Most repairs done in 1 hour at your home or office. We don’t take the laptop away unless you specifically agree.
  • Can I just walk into your store instead?

  • Can I cancel after booking?
    Yes, free of charge any time before the technician arrives. If you cancel after they’ve started work, the ₹149 visit charge plus any agreed work-in-progress costs apply. Just WhatsApp 7702503336 to cancel.
  • Do you work on Sundays or after hours?
    Our standard hours are Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 8 PM. Sundays are closed. For genuine emergencies (liquid damage, dead before a deadline), WhatsApp us — we sometimes accommodate same-evening visits. Not guaranteed but worth asking.

  • What is the ₹149 visit charge?
    A flat ₹149 covers the technician’s travel to your address plus a free, full diagnosis. Payable regardless of whether you go ahead with the repair. There are no hidden “diagnostic fees” or “handling charges” on top of this.
  • What does a typical repair cost?
    Depends on model and fault. Indicative ranges (final price after free diagnosis):
    • Laptop screen replacement: ₹3,000 – ₹8,000 (Windows laptops)
    • MacBook Retina / 4K screen: ₹14,000 – ₹35,000
    • Battery replacement: ₹2,000 – ₹5,500 (Windows) · ₹4,500 – ₹12,000 (MacBook)
    • Keyboard replacement: ₹1,500 – ₹3,500
    • Charger replacement: ₹1,200 – ₹2,800
    • Motherboard chip-level repair: ₹4,000 – ₹15,000
    • Liquid damage rescue: ₹2,500 – ₹15,000
  • Why are you cheaper than authorised service centres?
    We do chip-level component repair instead of full board swaps. Authorised centres replace the entire motherboard for any board fault — ₹15,000–₹40,000 typical. We replace the failed IC / capacitor / charging chip on the same board for ₹4,000–₹10,000. Same fix, fraction of the cost. Plus we don’t carry the overhead of a manufacturer franchise.
  • Do you give a quote before starting work?
    Always. After free diagnosis, you get a fixed quote covering parts + labour. We start work only after your written or verbal approval. If a new fault is found mid-job (e.g. hidden liquid damage on a board), we pause and re-quote — never silent add-ons.
  • Do you have any current offers or discounts?
    Our day-to-day pricing is already at its minimum — no inflated “MRP” with fake discounts. We do offer: free pickup & drop citywide, visit charge waived if you book the repair, and annual maintenance contracts for offices/schools at predictable per-unit rates. Warranty & No Fix — No Fee

What happens if the issue returns, or if we can’t fix it.

  • What does the 30-day warranty cover?
    If the same fault recurs within 30 days of our repair, we re-fix it free of charge — parts and labour both covered. WhatsApp us with the invoice number and we’ll send a technician within the day.
  • What does the warranty NOT cover?
    • Subsequent damage from drop, liquid spill, electrical surge, or accident
    • Failure of unrelated components (we warranty the work we did, not the rest of the laptop)
    • Software issues caused by user-installed apps or malware after our repair
    • Tampering with sealed components
  • What is “No Fix — No Fee” exactly?
    If we cannot fix the issue you booked us for, you pay only the ₹149 visit charge — nothing for labour, attempted repair, or parts opened. Zero risk. We’ll also tell you upfront if a repair is uneconomical (e.g. a 10-year-old laptop where the board fix costs more than a replacement).
  • Does third-party repair void my manufacturer warranty?
    If your laptop is still under manufacturer warranty (Apple, Dell, HP, etc.) or AppleCare, third-party repair may void it — we tell you honestly before starting. For most customers (warranty already expired), our 30-day warranty covers the work we’ve done.

Parts — Genuine vs Compatible

What we use, what we never pass off as something else.

  • Are your parts genuine?
    We use genuine OEM parts wherever they’re available — sourced from authorised suppliers. Examples: HP HS04 / JC04 / LA04 / HT03XL batteries, Apple-compatible A1322 / A1466 / A1932 cells, Dell Inspiron / XPS panels, Lenovo G50 keyboards, Sony VGP-BPS26 cells.
  • What about older models where genuine parts aren’t available?
    For 8+ year-old models or discontinued lines (e.g. Sony VAIO, older Toshiba Satellite, Samsung NP series), we use high-quality compatible parts. We always disclose this upfront and offer both options if available, with both prices. Compatible parts get a 90-day parts warranty (vs 30 days on OEM).
  • Can I bring my own part for you to install?
    Yes — we’ll fit a part you supply, but the warranty in that case is on labour only (30 days) and not on the part. We can’t guarantee what we didn’t source.
  • What happens to my old battery / part?
    We collect old lithium-polymer cells for safe e-waste disposal via authorised handlers in Hyderabad. Free of charge. Lithium cells must not go in regular dustbins — they recycle copper, nickel, and cobalt safely.

  • How long does a typical repair take?
    1 hour at the doorstep for screen, battery, keyboard, charger, RAM/SSD upgrades, basic software. 1–2 days for chip-level motherboard repair, liquid damage restoration, complex data recovery. We give a definite timeline after diagnosis — no “come back next week” surprises.
  • What is chip-level repair?
    Instead of replacing the whole motherboard (₹15,000+), we diagnose and replace the specific failed component — an IC chip, a capacitor, a charging controller, a power section. Done with hot-air stations, microscopes, and BGA rework tools. Saves customers ₹10,000+ on most board faults. Our team has been doing this since 2013.
  • Can you fix liquid (chai / coffee / water) damage?
    Usually yes — but every minute counts. Switch off, unplug, don’t turn back on. Call us immediately. Our success rate on liquid damage is 70–85% if we reach you within 24 hours of the spill. We do cleanroom board cleaning + corrosion treatment. ₹2,500–₹15,000 depending on damage extent.
  • Do you do data recovery?
    Yes — from failed HDDs, dead SSDs, corrupted Windows partitions, even soldered MacBook M1/M2/M3 storage and encrypted T2 chip drives. ₹1,500–₹15,000 depending on complexity. Time-sensitive: stop using the device the moment data loss is suspected.
  • Do you repair desktops, MacBooks, projectors, printers?
    Laptops: yes, every brand. MacBooks: yes — specialist work. Desktops: yes — Mac mini, iMac, Windows desktops, custom builds. Projectors: yes — lamps, remotes, power supplies. More on projectors → Printers / phones: not our specialty — we’ll point you to a partner.

  • Sony stopped making VAIOs / Toshiba sold its laptop business / Samsung exited India. Can you still service them?
    Yes — we stock parts for Sony VAIO SVE / SVF / SVS / PCG / VPC, Toshiba Satellite C / L / S / U, and Samsung NP / ATIV Book / RV / RC / N series. Authorised support is gone for these in India, but we’re one of the few places still serving them. Same 30-day warranty.

Data & Privacy

What happens to the files on your laptop while we work on it.

  • Will you access my personal files?
    No — not unless required for the repair (data recovery, OS reinstall, file rescue) and only with your explicit consent. We do not browse, copy, retain, or share your files.
  • Should I back up before bringing the laptop?
    Yes — always. Especially if the storage drive will be touched (SSD upgrade, OS reinstall, motherboard work). We’re careful, but data is your responsibility outside an active data-recovery service. WhatsApp us before the visit and we’ll guide you through a quick backup if needed.
  • What if I can’t back up because the laptop won’t turn on?
    In that case, our first priority is data preservation. We’ll attempt to recover files before any repair that risks the drive (e.g. before a motherboard reflow, before an OS reinstall). You’ll be informed at every step.

Payment & Refunds

When you pay, how, and what happens if you’re unhappy.

  • When do I pay?
    After the repair is complete and you’ve verified it works. No upfront deposit, no advance for parts. The ₹149 visit charge is the only thing payable regardless of repair outcome.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), cash, net banking / bank transfer, and credit / debit cards (in-store only). Most customers pay via UPI. Invoice / receipt provided for every transaction.
  • Can I get a refund if I’m unhappy?
    First, contact us — we usually re-fix free under the 30-day warranty, which solves 99% of complaints. If the issue can’t be resolved, refunds are available per our policy. Full refund cases: same fault recurred and re-fix didn’t work, replacement part defective on arrival, wrong part fitted by mistake. Request a refund →
  • Do you offer GST invoices for company / corporate billing?
