The Dynabook Satellite (C/L/P/U-series) is the legacy consumer laptop line from the Toshiba era. All Satellite models are pre-2020 — Toshiba sold its PC business to Sharp Corporation on June 30, 2020, and the Satellite brand was discontinued. No new Satellite laptops have been made since then.
If you own a Satellite and it needs repair, you’re in the right place. We are one of very few Hyderabad workshops that still stock legacy parts and have chip-level capability for these boards. Common repairs: barrel DC-jack solder, battery cell rebuild (original casing reused), keyboard cassette, HD IPS screen upgrade from the old 1366×768 panel, motherboard chip-level.

Dynabook Satellite is a legacy consumer laptop line discontinued in 2020. Parts are sourced from refurbished and grey-market channels — pricing reflects availability, not current retail cost.
Toshiba stopped making laptops in 2020. Authorised service centres have closed or stopped stocking parts. We continue servicing Satellite laptops because they're still in daily use across thousands of Hyderabad homes and offices.
The Satellite series was notorious for hinge failure — the plastic mounting points crack under daily lid open/close stress. We source replacement brackets and repair the hinge on-site before further damage to the lid bezel.
Dried thermal paste and clogged heatsinks cause most Satellite overheating cases. We clean and repaste in one on-site visit — costs ₹810–₹1,620 and typically drops load temperatures by 15–25 °C.
