Contact LRW first · Workshop assessment if needed · Quote before repair
An MSI that won’t turn on goes through a fixed power-up sequence: charger → battery → power circuit → CMOS → boot rail. We trace each stage in order so you know exactly where the chain broke.
If workshop assessment is needed, LRW will share intake details for tracked shipment to the verified Secunderabad workshop. Quote, timing, part availability and courier terms are confirmed after assessment and approval. Read full ship guide →

Namaskaram. Warangal is Telangana's second-largest city, home to nearly 800,000 people and a significant educational and industrial hub. NIT Warangal, Kakatiya University, and several regional engineering colleges give the city one of Telangana's densest student laptop populations outside Hyderabad. The city's handloom and weaving industry is increasingly computerised at the management level, and a growing government administrative workforce adds to device demand. NIT students know the particular frustration of a laptop failing a week before a project review — and the local repair shop not being able to handle chip-level work. For motherboard repairs, screen replacements on premium devices, or data recovery, Laptop Repair World in Secunderabad is the quality benchmark. Courier your device or visit our workshop at MG Road, Secunderabad. Call +91 7702503336.
Warangal shares Telangana's interior climate: hot summers above 42 degrees, a monsoon from June to October, and a dry winter. The city's industrial and agricultural surroundings mean fine particulate is airborne for most of the year, and devices used in homes near the outer zones accumulate internal dust quickly. Power quality in Warangal, while improved, still has more fluctuation than Hyderabad, and surge-related charging circuit damage is a recurring repair issue. Extended power cuts during summer force users to rely more heavily on battery, accelerating degradation over time.
MSI gaming laptops in Warangal appear among NIT Warangal CS and ECE students, the Hanamkonda gaming-cafe community, and content creators near the Hunter Road commercial belt. GF63 Thin and Katana GF76 are the typical models. Fault patterns from Warangal: MSI GF63 thermal compound breakdown from Telangana's summer ambient heat at 44°C in student hostel environments without consistent AC, BTY-M6L battery swelling in Katana units on continuous AC supply, and GF63 plastic hinge stress crack from campus carry. MSI's Warangal service routes to Hyderabad. Couriering to LRW at Flat 115, Tirupati Complex, MG Road, Secunderabad 500003 is the most direct option for Warangal customers. MSI Stealth 16 Studio and Raider GE78 HX users report no response on the power button — the machine gives no LED, fan, or screen activity. On the bench we first try MSI's EC reset (hold the power button for 30 seconds with AC adapter disconnected and battery at 0V), which resolves many stuck-EC states after hard crashes. If the EC reset has no effect, we check the BTY-M6L / BTY-M6N battery voltage; a fully discharged pack prevents the EC from completing the power-on sequence. After a pre-charge trickle we attempt normal boot. Persistent no-power faults go to bench power-rail probing: MSI gaming boards have a complex multi-phase GPU-VRM sequence that can fail to initiate if one power phase has failed, requiring component-level board diagnosis. Pricing band: ₹1,200 – ₹8,000. Turnaround: 1–2 days. ₹149 visit, Warranty Terms In Quote, Quote before repair.
