Contact LRW first · Workshop assessment if needed · Quote before repair
A cracked or flexing Lenovo palmrest doesn’t just look bad — it stresses the keyboard and the motherboard underneath. We swap to a genuine palmrest and refit the keyboard + trackpad + fingerprint reader.
If workshop assessment is needed, LRW will share intake details for tracked shipment to the verified Secunderabad workshop. Quote, timing, part availability and courier terms are confirmed after assessment and approval. Read full ship guide →

Namaskaram. Warangal is Telangana's second-largest city, home to nearly 800,000 people and a significant educational and industrial hub. NIT Warangal, Kakatiya University, and several regional engineering colleges give the city one of Telangana's densest student laptop populations outside Hyderabad. The city's handloom and weaving industry is increasingly computerised at the management level, and a growing government administrative workforce adds to device demand. NIT students know the particular frustration of a laptop failing a week before a project review — and the local repair shop not being able to handle chip-level work. For motherboard repairs, screen replacements on premium devices, or data recovery, Laptop Repair World in Secunderabad is the quality benchmark. Courier your device or visit our workshop at MG Road, Secunderabad. Call +91 7702503336.
Warangal shares Telangana's interior climate: hot summers above 42 degrees, a monsoon from June to October, and a dry winter. The city's industrial and agricultural surroundings mean fine particulate is airborne for most of the year, and devices used in homes near the outer zones accumulate internal dust quickly. Power quality in Warangal, while improved, still has more fluctuation than Hyderabad, and surge-related charging circuit damage is a recurring repair issue. Extended power cuts during summer force users to rely more heavily on battery, accelerating degradation over time.
Lenovo's Warangal market is the NIT Warangal pipeline — ThinkPad T14s and X1 Carbon common among research faculty, IdeaPad Slim 5 dominant in the undergraduate population, and Legion 5i in the NIT gaming and LAN-party community that runs tournaments on the Balasamudram campus. Three fault patterns recur in Warangal Lenovo intake: Around NIT Warangal campus and the IT Park near Hanamkonda, the two most common LENOVO complaints are IdeaPad 3 battery swelling after 2–3 years — common in humid climates, and ThinkPad E14 keyboard flex cable failure causing intermittent key dropout. Models like the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 and Lenovo ThinkPad E14 hold up well in daily use but need attention once thermal paste ages or charging paths corrode. Lenovo is India's second-largest laptop brand — Lenovo-compatible parts availability confirmed after intake at LRW. When nearby repair options fall short, the LRW ship-in workflow covers you: pack the laptop securely, WhatsApp +91 7702503336 for a pre-addressed label, and courier to Flat 115, Tirupati Complex, Opp. Paradise, M.G. Road, Secunderabad, Telangana 500003. Diagnostics begin after intake and workshop receipt of arrival. Visit charge: ₹149 credited against repair cost. Warranty Terms In Quote on every repair. Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon and ThinkPad T14s palmrests use carbon-fiber composite that is extremely strong but develops surface micro-abrasions around the TrackPoint nub from daily fingertip contact. ThinkPad E14 and E15 polycarbonate top-cases crack at the palmrest-to-keyboard border from flex stress when carried single-handedly. IdeaPad 5 and IdeaPad Slim 5 palmrests develop adhesive delamination at the soft-touch coating layer, which peels and feels tacky. Yoga 7 and Yoga 9 two-in-one units experience palmrest damage near the hinge spine where the chassis flexes on folding. Bench assessment covers structural integrity, TrackPoint nub mount check (on ThinkPad), soft-touch coating condition, and keyboard connector routing integrity. ThinkPad composite damage receives a top-case swap with TrackPoint driver recalibration. IdeaPad and Yoga plastic cases receive top-case replacement. Pricing band: ₹1,600 – ₹6,000 depending on model tier. Turnaround: same day for IdeaPad; next day for ThinkPad. Warranty Terms In Quote. Quote before repair.
