Contact LRW first · Workshop assessment if needed · Quote before repair
When an HP won’t respond to the power button, it’s usually the switch itself, the ribbon flex, or a stuck reset trace — not the motherboard. We diagnose at the button-side first to save you the deeper repair.
If workshop assessment is needed, LRW will share intake details for tracked shipment to the verified Secunderabad workshop. Quote, timing, part availability and courier terms are confirmed after assessment and approval. Read full ship guide →

Namaskaram. Warangal is Telangana's second-largest city, home to nearly 800,000 people and a significant educational and industrial hub. NIT Warangal, Kakatiya University, and several regional engineering colleges give the city one of Telangana's densest student laptop populations outside Hyderabad. The city's handloom and weaving industry is increasingly computerised at the management level, and a growing government administrative workforce adds to device demand. NIT students know the particular frustration of a laptop failing a week before a project review — and the local repair shop not being able to handle chip-level work. For motherboard repairs, screen replacements on premium devices, or data recovery, Laptop Repair World in Secunderabad is the quality benchmark. Courier your device or visit our workshop at MG Road, Secunderabad. Call +91 7702503336.
Warangal shares Telangana's interior climate: hot summers above 42 degrees, a monsoon from June to October, and a dry winter. The city's industrial and agricultural surroundings mean fine particulate is airborne for most of the year, and devices used in homes near the outer zones accumulate internal dust quickly. Power quality in Warangal, while improved, still has more fluctuation than Hyderabad, and surge-related charging circuit damage is a recurring repair issue. Extended power cuts during summer force users to rely more heavily on battery, accelerating degradation over time.
Namaskaram. Warangal users who bring an HP Pavilion 15 for repair are typically a professional or student who chose HP for reliability and wide service coverage. Whether you work out of the NIT Warangal campus and the district collectorate offices or from a home setup, your laptop holds work that cannot pause. The three fault patterns we see most on HP machines from Warangal: charging port failure and DC-jack pin corrosion on Pavilion series; screen hinge stress fractures on HP Envy x360 from frequent lid cycling; and thermal throttling on HP ProBook from compacted heatsink dust after 2-3 years. Shipping to LRW: Warangal to Secunderabad is roughly 145 km — standard courier runs 1 business day at Rs.150-220 one-way. WhatsApp +91 7702503336 before dispatch so we log your device, assign a job number, and prepare the right parts before it arrives. Our workshop at Flat 115, Tirupati Complex, Opp. Paradise, M.G. Road, Secunderabad, Telangana 500003 starts every job with a Rs.149 diagnostic, backs all repairs with a Warranty Terms In Quote, and operates on a Quote before repair policy. HP Pavilion and Envy owners describe the power button issue as a laptop that wakes from sleep immediately after pressing the button but then returns to sleep within seconds, or as a button that requires a sustained 3-second hold before responding, even for a normal boot. On HP EliteBook 840 G9 and 850 G9, the power button integrates a fingerprint reader whose driver occasionally corrupts and makes the entire button assembly appear non-functional. HP Spectre x360 and Envy units with a side-rail power button can develop a debris bridge that keeps the button mechanically depressed. We disassemble to the power-button flex assembly, test the switch dome continuity, clean the contact surface, and verify the EC power-button trace path. For fingerprint-integrated HP power buttons, we attempt a driver reset and re-enrollment before recommending hardware replacement. We source replacement power-button flex assemblies for HP EliteBook, Pavilion, and Spectre x360 models. Pricing for HP power-button repair runs Rs 700 to Rs 2,800. The repair is typically Assessment-led.
