Contact LRW first · Workshop assessment if needed · Quote before repair
Black screen on an HP can be the panel, the cable, the GPU rail, or the discrete graphics chip — four very different price points. An external monitor test rules out the panel before we open anything.
If workshop assessment is needed, LRW will share intake details for tracked shipment to the verified Secunderabad workshop. Quote, timing, part availability and courier terms are confirmed after assessment and approval. Read full ship guide →

Namaskaram. Warangal is Telangana's second-largest city, home to nearly 800,000 people and a significant educational and industrial hub. NIT Warangal, Kakatiya University, and several regional engineering colleges give the city one of Telangana's densest student laptop populations outside Hyderabad. The city's handloom and weaving industry is increasingly computerised at the management level, and a growing government administrative workforce adds to device demand. NIT students know the particular frustration of a laptop failing a week before a project review — and the local repair shop not being able to handle chip-level work. For motherboard repairs, screen replacements on premium devices, or data recovery, Laptop Repair World in Secunderabad is the quality benchmark. Courier your device or visit our workshop at MG Road, Secunderabad. Call +91 7702503336.
Warangal shares Telangana's interior climate: hot summers above 42 degrees, a monsoon from June to October, and a dry winter. The city's industrial and agricultural surroundings mean fine particulate is airborne for most of the year, and devices used in homes near the outer zones accumulate internal dust quickly. Power quality in Warangal, while improved, still has more fluctuation than Hyderabad, and surge-related charging circuit damage is a recurring repair issue. Extended power cuts during summer force users to rely more heavily on battery, accelerating degradation over time.
Namaskaram. Warangal users who bring an HP Pavilion 15 for repair are typically a professional or student who chose HP for reliability and wide service coverage. Whether you work out of the NIT Warangal campus and the district collectorate offices or from a home setup, your laptop holds work that cannot pause. The three fault patterns we see most on HP machines from Warangal: charging port failure and DC-jack pin corrosion on Pavilion series; screen hinge stress fractures on HP Envy x360 from frequent lid cycling; and thermal throttling on HP ProBook from compacted heatsink dust after 2-3 years. Shipping to LRW: Warangal to Secunderabad is roughly 145 km — standard courier runs 1 business day at Rs.150-220 one-way. WhatsApp +91 7702503336 before dispatch so we log your device, assign a job number, and prepare the right parts before it arrives. Our workshop at Flat 115, Tirupati Complex, Opp. Paradise, M.G. Road, Secunderabad, Telangana 500003 starts every job with a Rs.149 diagnostic, backs all repairs with a Warranty Terms In Quote, and operates on a Quote before repair policy. Over 1 Lakh repairs completed since 2007.
HP Pavilion and Envy users describe no-display as a laptop that boots audibly (Windows login sound, drive activity) but shows a completely dark screen, or as a screen that has a faint image visible under a torch held at an angle, indicating backlight failure rather than panel failure. The backlight driver circuit on HP Pavilion 14 and 15 models occasionally fails when a single surface-mount capacitor on the inverter section shorts, leaving the LCD panel functional but unlit. We isolate the issue: external monitor test first, then torch test for backlight versus panel. A torch-positive result means the LED backlight driver or cable is at fault, which is a targeted repair on HP consumer models. For HP Spectre x360, the convertible hinge mechanism puts the eDP cable under repeated stress and the cable develops micro-fractures at the right hinge flex point after extended use. Pricing for HP no-display repair ranges from Rs 1,200 for a cable repair to Rs 8,000 for a full panel replacement. Most cases complete within one to two business days.
