Our technicians dispatch from our MG Road store in Secunderabad with desktop-specific diagnostic kit — SMPS load testers, POST cards, RAM testers, GPU diagnostic boards. ETA depends on your zone (15–30 min for Banjara Hills / Begumpet / Karkhana, up to 60 min for outer Hyderabad). We diagnose all these on-site within 30 min.
Should I bring my desktop to the store or book a doorstep visit?
Doorstep visit (₹149) makes sense for diagnosis + most repairs — SMPS swap, RAM upgrade, HDD/SSD swap, internal cleaning, fan replacement, OS install. Bring it to our MG Road store if (a) the motherboard needs chip-level work, (b) you need same-day repair and we’re already booked, (c) you want to upgrade multiple components and want to discuss in person. We’ll tell you on the WhatsApp thread which is faster for your case.
Do you do desktop SMPS replacement at home or only at the store?
SMPS replacement is a 20-minute on-site job for standard ATX towers — we bring 450W, 550W, 650W, 750W, and 850W BIS-certified units (Corsair, Cooler Master, Antec) and swap on the spot. For SFX (small form factor) and proprietary Dell/HP SMPS units, we source the exact match first and then come for the fit — 1–2 day total turnaround.
Can you set up a new desktop / install Windows + drivers?
Yes — new PC setup, Windows 10/11 install (genuine licence), full driver pack, productivity apps (Office, antivirus, browsers), email + cloud setup, and migration of files from your old PC. Typically 90–120 min on-site, you walk away with a fully working desktop ready to use.
