Replacement parts are NOT included. If your battery, screen, keyboard, charger, fan, or any other part needs replacement during the pack year, you pay the actual cost of the part only — no labour markup, no service fee on top of the pack. We tell you the exact part cost upfront before you approve any chargeable work.
How the pack pays for itself: roughly ₹1,500 covers one professional deep service (priced ₹999–₹2,500 as a one-off). The rest acts as insurance — unlimited follow-up visits, health checks, software cleanups whenever you need them, at no extra charge.
