What does the ₹149 visit charge cover?+
₹149 covers the engineer's travel to your address plus a complete diagnosis. If you decline the repair, you pay only ₹149 — no further charge. If you proceed, ₹149 is included in the final quote (some repairs waive it entirely).
How long does doorstep repair take?+
Most repairs (battery, charger, screen swap, keyboard, OS install) finish in 30–60 minutes at your address. Complex repairs (motherboard chip-level, liquid damage, OLED) need our store — collected free, returned in 24–72 hours. Free pickup-drop included.
What if my laptop can't be fixed?+
No Fix — No Fee. If we can't repair it, you owe nothing — not even the ₹149 visit. We'll explain why, advise on alternatives (data recovery, newer laptop options), and you decide what's next.
